Avore Electric Teases First Streetfighter-Style Motorcycle Ahead Of Launch
Avore Electric teases its first electric motorcycle with a streetfighter design and premium features.
Avore Electric, a new electric vehicle startup from Gujarat, has shared a teaser video for its first electric motorcycle, which is expected to launch soon in India. The company wants to become a major player in the growing electric motorcycle segment and says its ‘Intelligence Beyond Motion’ philosophy is built on years of in-house research and engineering.
Design and Streetfighter Styling
The teaser video reveals several design details of the upcoming motorcycle. It is a mid-sized electric bike with a bold and sporty look, featuring sculpted body panels, a unique signature headlight, and a stylish dual-tone paint scheme. According to the company, the motorcycle has been designed to combine sporty styling with smart technology.
A few days ago, the motorcycle was spotted testing on the streets of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Although it was covered in camouflage, it appeared to have a naked streetfighter-style design. Based on its overall size and proportions, the motorcycle is expected to deliver performance similar to a 150cc to 200cc petrol-powered bike.
Battery, Motor and Performance
Under the body, the motorcycle uses a strong trellis frame along with telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock suspension setup to handle different road conditions. While the company has not officially revealed the complete specifications yet, reports suggest the motorcycle could get a 5 kWh battery pack paired with a mid-mounted electric motor producing around 14 bhp.
Premium Features and Smart Tech
The Avore electric motorcycle is expected to come with several premium features. It will get all-LED lighting, sporty alloy wheels, and disc brakes at both ends. The bike also features split rear grab rails and a split-seat setup, while the wide handlebar and rear-set footpegs are expected to provide a comfortable yet sporty riding position.
The motorcycle is also expected to come with several connected features. It will feature a TFT digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing riders to access turn-by-turn navigation, music controls, and smartphone notifications directly on the screen.
Expected Launch and Rivals
With testing already underway and the first teaser now released, the official launch could take place in the coming weeks. Once launched, the Avore electric motorcycle will compete with other electric bikes in the segment, including the Ola Roadster X+, Oben Rorr, Matter Aera, and Revolt RV400.
