Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Gets Rs 2.89 Lakh Discount In March 2026

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Gets Rs 2.89 Lakh Discount In March 2026

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R gets Rs 2.89 lakh discount in March 2026, bringing the superbike price down to Rs 17.90 lakh.

Kawasaki India has announced a new discount on its Ninja ZX-10R motorcycle. The company is now offering a discount of Rs 2.89 lakh on this bike, which is higher than the offer available last month. This discount is valid until March 31, 2026.

What Is the New Price?

The Ninja ZX-10R normally costs Rs 20.79 lakh but with the new discount of Rs 2.89 lakh, the price drops to Rs 17.90 lakh. This allows buyers to save a notable amount of money and the discount works out to around 14% off the original price.

If you plan to buy this bike now, you will spend less than before. The money you save can also be used to buy riding gear, accessories, or safety equipment for the motorcycle.

Why Is the Discount Bigger This Month?

In February 2026, Kawasaki offered a discount of Rs 2.5 lakh on the ZX-10R. In March, the company increased the benefit by Rs 39,000, showing a stronger push to attract buyers this month.

March also marks the end of the financial year in India. During this period, dealerships often try to increase sales to meet yearly targets. To support this, companies like Kawasaki provide larger discounts to help dealers move more motorcycles.

The Bike Stays the Same

Kawasaki has not changed anything on the ZX-10R for this discount. The motorcycle remains exactly the same as before, with the same engine, performance, and features. Nothing has been removed or reduced.

Buyers can choose between two color options: One is Lime Green with Ebony and Pearl Blizzard White and other is Metallic Graphite Gray with Metallic Diablo Black. Both color options come with the same discount.

What About Other Kawasaki Bikes?

In February, Kawasaki offered discounts on several Ninja series motorcycles. However, in March the large discount is available only on the ZX-10R.

Last month, the Ninja 1100 SX had a discount of Rs 1.43 lakh. The Ninja 650 received Rs 27,000 off, while the Ninja 500 had Rs 17,000 off. The Ninja 300 also had a discount of Rs 28,000. In March, these models are not listed with similar offers.

The Ninja ZX-6R did not receive a price discount in February. Instead, Kawasaki offered a free steering damper worth about Rs 83,000. For March, it is not yet clear if this model will receive any new offer.

Why Is the ZX-10R Special?

The Ninja ZX-10R is one of the fastest superbikes available in India. It produces 200 horsepower, which is a very high output for a production motorcycle. Many bikes with similar power usually cost much more.

This motorcycle is built for riders who enjoy high performance and speed. It can reach very high speeds and handles corners well thanks to its sport-focused chassis and performance setup.

For riders who want a powerful superbike without paying the highest price in the segment, the ZX-10R remains a strong option. With the current March discount, the price becomes even more attractive.

You Should Buy Now?

The discount will end on March 31, 2026. After this date, the price is expected to return to its normal level. If you are planning to buy the ZX-10R, this could be the right time to visit a Kawasaki dealership and check the bike.

Keep in mind that the Rs 17.90 lakh price is ex-showroom. Buyers will still need to pay additional costs such as registration, insurance, and road tax but even after these charges, the current offer still provides a noticeable saving.

Kawasaki appears to be pushing ZX-10R sales during March. By offering a bigger discount than last month, the company is trying to attract more buyers before the financial year ends.

The ZX-10R has already been known as one of the most affordable 200 horsepower superbikes available in India. With the current price cut, it becomes even more competitive.

Importantly, the motorcycle itself remains unchanged. The engine performance, handling capability, and overall design are exactly the same as before.

Large discounts like this often happen when companies want to clear inventory or meet sales targets before the year closes. Whatever the reason, the offer benefits buyers who are looking for a high-performance motorcycle.

The company has not removed any features or reduced the specification. Instead, it has simply lowered the price to make the superbike more attractive to buyers. For riders considering a 200 horsepower superbike, this could be one of the best opportunities available right now in India.
