KNK Karts Launches Mini Bike In India At Rs 50,000 For Off-Road Riding

KNK Karts introduces an India-made mini bike at Rs 50,000 with an 80cc engine and off-road focus

KNK Karts, a company from Karnataka known for making go-karts and off-road buggies, has launched a mini bike in India. The bike costs Rs 50,000 and the company designed, engineered and built it completely in India. This is not a regular road bike that you can ride on highways or city streets. Instead, it is made for fun activities on farms, closed tracks and off-road areas.

Design And Features

The mini bike is a single-seater, meaning only one person can ride it at a time. It has an LED headlamp at the front and U-shaped handlebars for better control. The bike rides on large off-road specific tyres that grip well on dirt and uneven surfaces. It also has raised fenders to protect from mud splashes and a small fuel tank to keep weight down.

What Engine Powers This Mini Bike

The mini bike runs on an 80cc petrol engine that produces about 4 horsepower. This is the same engine used in KNK Karts rental go-karts. The bike weighs only 40 kilograms, making it very light and easy to handle. It uses rear-wheel drive and a chain system to move forward, similar to regular motorcycles.

Suspension And Braking System

The front of the bike has a single-sided tubular fork with a trailing-link suspension design. At the back, there is a monoshock unit that absorbs bumps and keeps the ride smooth. For stopping, the bike has cable-operated disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels. These brakes work well for off-road conditions where you need quick stopping power.

When You Can Buy And Get It

Bookings have already started and the company is producing the vehicle at its factory in Khanapur, Karnataka. Deliveries are expected to begin from June 2026.
