Royal Enfield showcased the Continental GT-R 750 at the EICMA 2025 in race-spec version. The same model appeared on display at the Motoverse 2025 in Goa. These exhibitions confirm that the Chennai-based two-wheeler brand is developing a bigger portfolio of 750cc bikes. The Continental GT R 750 will become the first motorcycle in this new displacement category.

The bike has been spotted multiple times during test runs on foreign soil. Now, the cafe-racer has been spied undisguised near the brand's factory in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. These latest spy images provide clear details about the upcoming motorcycle.

All-Black Paint Scheme And Design Elements

The spy images show the upcoming Continental GT-R 750 in an all-black paint scheme. The overall styling follows similar lines as the smaller Continental GT 650. Several striking design elements stand out in the images.

Twin upswept exhausts give the motorcycle an aggressive appearance. Rear-set footpegs position the rider further back. Clip-on handlebars provide a sporty riding position. An upright riding posture balances comfort with performance. A hump at the rear seat previews a cafe-racer cowl.

Suspension Setup And Adjustability

Telescopic front forks handle suspension duties. These forks feature adjustability for riders to customize their setup. Adjusters sit on top of the front forks for easy access.

The rear suspension differs from previous sightings. This test unit does not include gas-charged shock absorbers. This absence suggests that Royal Enfield could be developing multiple variants of the cafe-racer. Preload adjustment remains available with the rear suspension setup.

Braking System Innovation

The stopping power comes from dual disc brakes at the front. This represents a first for any Royal Enfield bike to date. The braking system appears smaller than the 320 mm single disc seen in current 650cc bikes. However, the twin discs ensure better braking performance and smaller stopping distance.

Instrument Cluster And Features

The twin-pod instrument cluster from the GT 650 will likely be replaced. A single-pod unit with TFT screen and modern features will take its place. This new cluster could be borrowed from the Himalayan 50 and Guerrilla 450.

Engine Specifications And Performance

Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 will house a 750cc parallel-twin air/oil-cooled petrol engine. This engine will be developed from the existing 650cc engine. The current 650cc engine produces 46.4 bhp and 52 Nm.

The 750cc mill is expected to produce maximum power in the ballpark of 50-55 bhp. This power increase reflects the larger displacement and engineering refinements.

Wheels And Tyres

The spied test mule rides on 17-inch alloy wheels. These wheels could be shared with the GT 650. Verdestein Centauro ST tubeless tyres appear to equip the motorcycle.

Market Strategy And Availability

The Continental GT 650 will not be discontinued after the arrival of the bigger 750cc motorcycle. Both models will be sold together in India. This dual-model strategy allows customers to choose based on their preferences and budget.

Launch Timeline

The Continental GT 750 is expected to break cover by the end of 2026. This timing aligns with Royal Enfield's product development schedule and market introduction plans.
