Norton Atlas Accessories Revealed: What to Expect for India Launch

TVS-Owned Norton has revealed 10 official accessories for the Atlas ahead of its expected India launch later this year

TVS-Owned Norton Motorcycles has revealed the official accessory catalogue for the new Atlas. The TVS-owned British brand has already launched the motorcycle in the UK, while its India debut is expected around the festive season later this year. The Atlas will be sold through Norton's upcoming "Paddock" premium dealership network.

Ten New Accessories for the Atlas

The official website lists ten accessories for the Atlas, divided into three categories: Convenience, Protection and Luggage.

1. Convenience Items

The convenience package includes heated grips priced at £269 and a taller windscreen costing £199. Buyers can also opt for cornering lights at £249 and a puddle light priced at £99.

2. Protection Parts

Norton is offering engine guards for £249, an underbody protection kit for £189 and front axle protectors priced at £59.

3. Luggage Options

The luggage range includes a 34-litre top case priced at £359 and a larger 50-litre luggage system costing £589. A passenger grab-handle kit is also available for £179.

Engine and Performance

Powering the Norton Atlas is a 585cc liquid-cooled engine that produces 69 bhp and 57.5 Nm of torque. The engine also features a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating on key internal components.

The motorcycle will be offered in Trophy Silver, Matrix Black, Sinopia Orange and Verona Green colour options. The range-topping Atlas Apex will additionally be available in Glacier Blue.

Coming to India Soon

TVS will manufacture the Norton Atlas and Atlas GT at its Hosur facility in Tamil Nadu for both domestic and export markets. While official pricing has not been announced, the Atlas is expected to be positioned around the Rs 5 lakh mark in India. Once launched, it will rival models such as the Kawasaki Versys 650 and Honda NX500.
