Kawasaki India has extended offers on its various models in February 2026. These discounts now apply to the MY25 units of the Z650 and Z650RS until February 28, 2026. The Kawasaki Z650 comes with a flat cash discount of Rs 27,000, while the Kawasaki Z650RS offers benefits of up to Rs 20,000.

These discounts aim to clear unsold inventory of MY25 units, and interested buyers should contact their nearest Kawasaki dealer for more information about the offers.

Z650 Price Reduction

The flat discount of Rs 27,000 brings down the Kawasaki Z650 price significantly, and the motorcycle now costs Rs 6.99 lakh from the existing Rs 7.26 lakh. This price reduction makes the bike more attractive to buyers.

Z650RS Price Reduction

The Kawasaki Z650RS receives a flat cash discount of Rs 20,000, and the price drops to Rs 7.63 lakh from Rs 7.83 lakh. This discount provides good value for the retro-styled motorcycle.

Market Position

Both twin-cylinder 650cc bikes do not have any direct competitor in the Indian market despite the price dip, and this unique positioning gives these motorcycles an advantage in their segment.

Engine And Performance

Both motorcycles use the same 649cc twin-cylinder liquid-cooled petrol engine, and this powerplant generates maximum power of 68 bhp and peak torque of 64 Nm. A 6-speed gearbox handles gear changes, while a slipper/assist clutch comes as standard equipment.

The engine complies fully with E20 fuel standards, and this compliance matches all other motorcycles in the Kawasaki portfolio in India.

Z650 Design And Features

The naked Z650 comes in a dual-tone colour scheme. Metallic Matte Dark Grey and Metallic Spark Black create the two-tone look. Several notable design elements distinguish this motorcycle.

A sharper headlamp cowl provides an aggressive front end, while a new chin spoiler adds to the sporty appearance and the meter cover complements the overall design. Dunlop Sportmax Roadsport 2 tyres offer good grip, while muscular radiator shrouds enhance the visual impact. A split seat setup allows flexibility, and an upswept tail section with LED tail lamp completes the styling.

Z650 Technology And Safety

The motorcycle features an all-digital TFT colour instrument panel, while the Kawasaki advanced traction control system enhances safety. Multiple rider-selectable modes let riders customize their experience, and an Economical Riding Indicator helps optimize fuel consumption. KIBS (Kawasaki Intelligent anti-lock Brake System) provides braking safety, and a high-tensile steel trellis frame ensures structural rigidity.

Z650 Suspension

Telescopic front forks handle front suspension duties, while a monoshock rear unit with spring preload adjustability manages rear suspension. These components deliver a balanced ride quality.

Z650RS Retro Styling

The neo-retro Z650RS features a classic round LED headlight, and the styling draws heavily from the bodywork and colours of the 1970s. Spoke-style cast wheels add to the vintage appeal, while a retro-style fuel tank complements the classic theme. A slim chassis keeps the weight low, and the saddle height measures 820 mm for a low seating position. Wide and flat handlebars provide a relaxed grip, and a relaxed riding position suits touring and cruising.

Z650RS Instrumentation

An analogue-style speedometer and tachometer dial design recalls the vintage era, while a multi-functional LCD screen complements these classic dials. This combination blends retro aesthetics with modern functionality.
