Renault Duster 2026 Launched in India at Rs 10.49 Lakh – Features & Specs

New Renault Duster 2026 launched in India with petrol and hybrid engines, ADAS, and 700L boot space.

The all-new Renault Duster has officially introduced in India, marking the return of this popular nameplate. It starts at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 10.49 lakh. This third-generation model is a complete redesign, built on the Renault Group Modular Platform (RGMP). It brings a new design, updated interiors, and several engine choices.

Engine Options for the New Duster

The new Duster offers three engine options. The first is the entry-level Turbo TCe 100. A more powerful Turbo TCe 160 is also available, producing 163 PS of power and 280 Nm of torque. This engine can be paired with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed wet dual-clutch automatic transmission. The most notable option is the Strong Hybrid E-Tech 160. This hybrid system combines a 1.8-liter petrol engine with an electric motor and a 1.4 kWh battery. This setup allows the Duster to drive up to 80 percent on electric power alone in city conditions.

Strong Demand and Delivery Schedule

Even before deliveries begin, the new Duster has seen strong demand. Bookings opened earlier this year with a token amount of Rs. 21,000. Most customers have chosen the turbocharged petrol variants. Interestingly, the hybrid version is already fully booked for 2026. Deliveries for the standard petrol models are set to start in April, while the hybrid will arrive closer to the festive season.
