4 Upcoming Royal Enfield Bikes Expected To Launch By March 2027

Take a look at Royal Enfield's four upcoming motorcycles, from the Himalayan 750 to the Flying Flea S6

Royal Enfield is preparing to launch several new motorcycles over the next eight to nine months. Many of these upcoming models are expected to make their global debut at EICMA 2026 before reaching India by March 2027. The company is also expanding its lineup with new 450cc, 750cc, and electric motorcycles. Here's a look at the four upcoming Royal Enfield motorcycles expected to arrive soon.

1. Flying Flea S6 (Electric)

The Flying Flea S6 is Royal Enfield's upcoming electric motorcycle. It was first displayed in India at Motoverse 2025 in Goa, and the company has also received a design patent for the bike. It is confirmed to launch in India by the end of 2026.

Royal Enfield has not revealed the full specifications yet. However, the S6 is expected to use the same 3.91 kWh lithium-ion battery pack as the Flying Flea C6, which could deliver a riding range of more than 150 km on a single charge.

It is likely to ride on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels with dual-purpose tyres. Other highlights include a magnesium battery case with cooling fins, a chain drive, a round touchscreen display with connected features, and a strong electric motor.

2. Royal Enfield Himalayan 750

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 is one of the most awaited motorcycles from the brand. Royal Enfield CEO B Govindarajan has confirmed that it will make its world debut at EICMA 2026 in Italy. The motorcycle has already been spotted testing several times on Indian roads in camouflage, while an early prototype was displayed at EICMA 2025.

The Himalayan 750 is expected to use a new 750cc parallel-twin engine that could produce around 55 to 60 bhp. It is also likely to get fully adjustable suspension with USD front forks and a rear monoshock for better off-road performance.

Other expected features include 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheels, a rear luggage rack, a round LED headlamp, a windscreen, knuckle guards, and an upswept exhaust.

3. Royal Enfield Himalayan 440

The Himalayan 440, known internally as D4G, is expected to be the first of these new motorcycles to launch. It could arrive in India around October or November 2026, replacing the Himalayan 411, which was discontinued after the launch of the Himalayan 450.

Power is likely to come from the same 443cc air- and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine used in the Scram 440, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The Himalayan 440 is expected to sit between the Scram 440 and the Himalayan 450 in Royal Enfield's lineup.

Its design is likely to take inspiration from the Himalayan 411. It is also expected to have a lower seat height and a more affordable price than the Himalayan 450 and also include switchable ABS and a Tripper navigation pod.

4. Royal Enfield Scram 450

The Scram 450, known internally as K2K, is likely to launch in India during the fourth quarter of FY2027. It will become the third Royal Enfield motorcycle to use the same platform as the Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450.

The motorcycle is expected to get a 19-inch front wheel instead of the Himalayan 450's 21-inch wheel, while the rear will likely remain 17 inches to help keep the seat height lower. It is also expected to come with dual-purpose tyres as standard, although it is still not clear whether the wire-spoke wheels will support tubeless tyres.

Other expected changes include a new scooped single-piece seat and a redesigned tail section. The fuel tank will be shared with the Guerrilla 450, while power is expected to come from the same 452cc liquid-cooled Sherpa single-cylinder engine.

Not Every Launch Faces the Same Challenge

The upcoming four motorcycles are based on different levels of new development. The Scram 450 looks like the safest bet because it uses the same 452cc Sherpa engine and platform as the Himalayan 450, which has already performed well in the market. Sales of the Himalayan 450 have grown strongly, especially outside India, where they have increased by more than 53%. The motorcycle is also the best-selling adventure bike in its class in India and Brazil. Since the Scram 450 shares the same engine and platform, Royal Enfield will not have to start from scratch.

The Himalayan 440 also looks like a safe choice. Instead of using the Sherpa engine, it is expected to use the same 443cc air- and oil-cooled engine found in the Scram 440. That engine is already in production and fits the Himalayan 440's role as a more affordable adventure motorcycle.

The Himalayan 750 is a different story. It is expected to introduce a brand-new 750cc parallel-twin engine, something Royal Enfield has never offered before. That also means it will compete with larger twin-cylinder motorcycles from brands like Triumph and Kawasaki, making it one of the company's biggest new projects in recent years.

The Flying Flea S6 also brings a new challenge because it is Royal Enfield's electric motorcycle. The brand has confirmed its plans, but electric motorcycles are still a new space for the brand in India.

Looking at all four models, the Scram 450 and Himalayan 440 appear more likely to arrive on time because they use proven engines and platforms. The Himalayan 750 and Flying Flea S6 may take more time if additional testing or development is needed before launch.
