TVS Launches Paddock Premium Dealership Network for High-End Motorcycles
TVS unveils Paddock premium dealerships in India for Norton motorcycles and future high-end bikes
TVS Motor Company is changing the way how customers will buy its top-tier motorcycles. The company has announced ‘TVS Paddock,’ a dedicated network of dealerships that will handle sales for its upcoming premium motorcycles in India. TVS says the Paddock will offer a complete ownership experience, bringing together immersive brand engagement, personalized service, and strong aftersales support within a dedicated retail ecosystem.
Premium Motorcycle Expansion Plans
The company, based in Hosur, is getting ready to launch several premium motorcycles in the coming months. This will include three models from the famous British brand, Norton Motorcycles. These premium TVS motorcycles will be available exclusively through the new Paddock showrooms.
Focused on Customer Experience
Checkland Kindleysides, a design company from London, UK, created these new premium dealerships. The firm is known for designing retail spaces that deliver engaging customer experiences. TVS Paddock showrooms will allow customers to explore products, receive expert guidance, participate in community activities, and access world-class service. The goal is to create a seamless and engaging ownership journey.
TVS Chairman Shares His Vision
Mr. Sudarshan Venu, Chairman of TVS Motor Company, spoke about this new initiative. He said, “TVS Paddock shows our strong promise to make owning a premium bike better. We are bringing together new ideas, personal touches, and exciting experiences to connect more deeply with our customers. The future of premium motorcycling will be about the experiences, communities, and systems we build around these bikes. As people who buy premium motorcycles look for deeper, more meaningful, and complete connections, TVS Paddock will meet these hopes and give a truly special brand experience.”
What Makes TVS Paddock Different?
TVS Paddock is built on two main ideas: Precision Performance and Engineering Mastery. The look and feel of these dealerships will reflect TVS’s engineering capabilities while also offering a fully digital and streamlined retail experience. TVS Paddock is set to open in the second quarter of FY27. It will serve as an exclusive retail channel designed to deliver a personalized and elevated customer experience.
Here are some key features of the new showrooms:
- Community Areas: Dedicated spaces for riders to meet and connect.
- Customization Zones: Special areas for consultation and Build-to-Order (BTO) personalization.
- Product Experience: A unique product display format based on ‘swim lanes’.
- Merchandise & Accessories: Interactive displays featuring riding gear and accessories.
- Service Facilities: Specialized service infrastructure for premium motorcycles
This move is similar to what India’s largest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki, did with its ‘Nexa’ dealership network for premium vehicles.
Upcoming Product Launches
TVS plans to introduce several premium motorcycles across different segments to further strengthen its portfolio. Besides the three Norton motorcycles, the first TVS-branded motorcycle expected to be retailed through Paddock showrooms could be the Apache RR 450.
The motorcycle is likely to be launched in late 2026 or early 2027. It was recently spotted undergoing road tests in India, indicating progress in its development ahead of launch.
