Citroen Aircross Comfort Edition Launched At Rs 9.09 Lakh With Cabin Upgrades

The Citroen Aircross Comfort Edition is now available in India with new interior upgrades, accessory packs

Citroen has unveiled the Aircross Comfort Edition in India which starts from Rs 9.09 lakh (ex-showroom). This is a limited-run special edition of the Aircross introduced to celebrate Citroen's 108th anniversary. It gets some updates without altering any mechanical aspect of the crossover such as its engine. The Comfort Edition mainly brings beige leatherette seat upholstery, cabin upgrades, and three accessory packs. What is New in the Aircross Comfort Edition?

Most of the updates are focused on the cabin. Leatherette upholstery on the seats becomes standard for all trim variants. According to Citroen, the Aircross Comfort Edition is the first vehicle in its segment to offer leatherette upholstery across the range. The entry-level variant gets adjustable front and rear headrests, while the higher-end variants receive a black grained dashboard panel, soft-touch areas, and silver inserts in the cabin.

Three Accessory Packs To Add More Equipment

In addition to this, the automaker has introduced three accessory packs which help customers enhance their crossover with additional equipment. The YOU Pack is priced at Rs 36,600 which consists of a 10-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Other features include a reverse parking camera with guidelines, fog lights, a soft-touch instrument panel, chrome elements on the doors, and full wheel covers.

The second accessory pack called the PLUS Pack is priced at Rs 8,460. It is designed for buyers who want a few extra comfort and convenience features. The PLUS Pack includes a wireless charger, a reverse parking camera with guidelines, and chrome elements on the doors. Customers can also opt for this pack without choosing the larger accessory pack.

Finally, the MAX Pack offers the highest number of advanced features, priced at Rs 40,000. Apart from the features offered in the other packs, it gets a JBL sound system with an amplifier. The MAX Pack also includes a three-channel dashcam that records video from the front, rear, and inside the cabin. The dashcam also offers voice alerts for collision risks, lane changes, pedestrians near the vehicle, and the distance to vehicles ahead.

Citroen Aircross Comfort Edition Pricing

Citroen Aircross Comfort Edition comes in three variants which include YOU NA MT, PLUS NA MT, and PLUS Turbo 7S MT. The YOU NA MT variant costs Rs 9.09 lakh, the PLUS NA MT is priced at Rs 9.99 lakh, and the top-of-the-range PLUS Turbo 7S MT is available for Rs 11.99 lakh. The YOU NA MT Comfort Edition carries a premium of Rs 20,000 over the standard YOU MT variant, while the PLUS NA MT Comfort Edition is offered at the same price as the regular PLUS NA MT variant (All prices are ex-showroom).

The Aircross Comfort Edition adds several new features while allowing buyers to select accessory packs according to their needs. There are no changes to the existing engine lineup, and the SUV continues with the same powertrain options as before. However, no mechanical changes have been made to the SUV.
