Hyundai unveils the all-new Venue with a bigger body, dual 12.3-inch displays, and upgraded comfort - Reservations Begin Today
Hyundai Motor India has officially shown the all-new Venue in India. Official bookings for the new model are now open, which will launch on November 4, 2025. The Venue is an important model for Hyundai, with over seven lakh units of the previous generation already sold. The new model brings many changes to the design and interior, along with new technology.
Bookings can be made for an initial amount of Rs 25,000 at dealerships or through Hyundai’s Click-to-Buy platform.
Sharper Design and Bigger Size
The new Venue looks stronger and bigger than the previous model. It is 48 mm taller and 30 mm wider, which should give more space inside the cabin. Key changes to the outside include a darker chrome grille, LED light bars at the front and back, quad-beam LED headlamps, and more noticeable wheel arches. It also has a special ‘Venue’ emblem on the glass and bridge-style roof rails.
Radical Interior Changes
The inside of the new Venue has been completely changed. It now has a clean H-theme design with two-color upholstery (Dark Navy and Dove Grey) and a textured finish on the dashboard. The most noticeable new feature is the twin 12.3-inch curved panoramic display setup. One screen is for the car's information system, and the other is for the digital instrument cluster. Other new features include ambient lighting, a D-cut steering wheel, and a floating center console.
Focus on Comfort
Hyundai has also improved the comfort and practicality of the new Venue. The wheelbase has been extended to 2,520 mm, which is expected to increase legroom for passengers. Scooped seatbacks and wider door openings are claimed to make it easier to get in and out of the car. Other features added are two-step reclining rear seats, rear AC vents, a 4-way electric adjustment for the driver’s seat, and window sunshades.
Engine Options and New Variants
The 2025 Venue will keep the same three engine choices: a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.0-liter turbo petrol, and a 1.5-liter diesel. Transmission options will include a six-speed manual, a six-speed torque converter automatic, and a seven-speed dual-clutch unit.
Hyundai has also introduced a new way of naming its variants. They will now use the “HX” badge, which stands for Hyundai Experience. The variants will range from HX2 up to HX10. The new Venue will be available in six single colors and two dual-tone finishes. Two new single colors are Hazel blue and Mystic sapphire. A new dual-tone option is Hazel blue with an abyss black roof.
Tarun Garg, Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer, Hyundai Motor India Limited, said, “The Hyundai VENUE has been one of the most loved SUVs in India, with over 7 lakh customers choosing it for its perfect blend of design, technology and performance. With the all-new Hyundai VENUE, we are taking this success story even further, redefining bold design and modern premium-ness while integrating advanced technology that resonates with the aspirations of today’s new-age customers.”
