2027 Bajaj Pulsar N125 Spotted Testing With New Design And Features
The Updated 2027 Bajaj Pulsar N125 has been seen testing with a revised design and several practical updates.
Bajaj is working on an updated Pulsar N125, which has now been spotted testing on public roads for the first time. The current model stands out with its sharp styling, but the changes seen on the test bike suggest Bajaj could be taking a slightly different approach with the new version. The motorcycle also appears slightly larger than the current model.
Engine and Performance
Apart from the design changes, the motorcycle is likely to remain largely unchanged. It will probably keep the familiar 124.54cc single-cylinder engine, which is expected to be E20 fuel compatible. This engine is expected to make around 12 horsepower and 11 Nm of torque and also likely keep the five-speed gearbox.
Better Ride and New Features
The bike will likely use regular telescopic forks at the front and a single shock absorber at the back. The wheels and brakes might also get small updates. Riders can also expect modern features like connecting their phone to the bike, turn-by-turn navigation, and a fully digital screen for the rider. Such features are becoming increasingly common in the 125cc segment.
More Grown-Up Look
The new test bike appears less aggressive than the current model and adopts a cleaner design. Its body parts look smoother, and some design details have been made simpler. Instead of a split seat, the new model will have one long seat, which should make rides more comfortable. The back part of the bike also looks more useful, with a new grab handle. Changes to the handlebar position could also improve rider comfort.
Focus On Easy Care
One interesting detail is a fully covered chain guard. This shows that Bajaj might want to make the bike easier to maintain and protect it better from dirt. The fuel tank area looks stronger, and the front of the bike seems thinner because it does not have the covers around the front forks that the current model has. The new bike will also have a modern headlight and updated lights, possibly with new turn signals. Spy images also indicate the presence of a new side-slung exhaust with a silver heat shield.
Coming Soon To Challenge Rivals
Since this test bike looks almost ready for production, it means Bajaj is close to finishing its work. The new Pulsar N125 is expected to arrive either by the end of this year or early in 2027. When it comes out, it will compete with other popular bikes like the TVS Raider 125, Hero Xtreme 125R, and Honda SP 125.
