For Buyers
February sales show that Tata Motors is growing through a mix of electric cars and fuel powered models instead of depending on only one segment. SUVs such as Nexon and Punch continue to attract buyers whereas electric vehicles are slowly expanding their share. Buyers are increasingly choosing practical compact SUVs which offer higher ground clearance and modern features. At the same time electric vehicle adoption is slowly improving in urban areas where running cost and daily usability matter more than before. Tata Motors appears to be benefiting from both these trends through its SUV focused lineup and expanding EV portfolio.
